Work zero (0,0)
0,0 from hole centre

When unticked, the DXF origin is 0,0. When ticked, 0,0 is the chosen hole's centre plus the X/Y offset (leave both at 0 to use the centre). Choose the hole from the list, type its number from the layout or table and press Enter, or pick it on the layout. Every X/Y in the program, the table and the drill window is measured from there. Safe X/Y is too.

A hole is used if its centre is inside the window. Anything outside is left out of the drill cycle.

Import a drawing or STEP model to see the holes.

Scroll to zoom · drag to pan · drag a drill window corner to resize it · double-click to fit · click a hole to find it in the table. Dashed lines = drilling order for each size, returning to safe X/Y for each drill change.

Import a drawing or STEP model to see the holes.

Drag to turn the part any way (a full turn round any axis) · right-drag or Shift-drag to pan · scroll to zoom · double-click to reset. Play runs the G-code in step 6: the plate rides on the knee (Z), the drill on the quill (A), and holes fill in as they reach full depth. It holds briefly at each M0. Rapids are shown at 2500 mm/min.

    5 Drill parameters (per hole)

    Show the holes

Untick Drill to leave a hole out of the program. Only holes inside the drill window are listed.

After the first (smallest) size, each hole is opened up through every smaller drill size before its own: while a drill is loaded it drills its own holes, then pilots every larger hole to that hole's depth and pecks. No extra drill changes. Countersink passes are not piloted.

Depth is a positive number measured from the axis zero; moves into the work are output as negative. To copy settings: set one row, click Use to make it the source, tick the holes to receive them, then press Copy source → ticked.

Written for the DDCS Expert: output uses only G0/G1/G17/G21/G90/M0/M30. Set the 4th axis (A) to Linear on the controller. Always dry-run above the work first.
